No. Florida State Law does not require a helmet.
Our Slingshots all have roofs that offer some protection from light rain. If you choose to continue with your reservation and pick up your slingshot, you will not be reimbursed or credited for any time missed due to weather. If you are concerned about weather, please reschedule your trip.

As fast as the speed limit sign allows you to go.
Nobody wants their plans ruined by a slingshot not returning on time. We work really hard to keep everyone's departure times on schedule. Out of respect for everyone's time, there are late fees ($150/hour) applied to your reservation once your time has expired. Please allow yourself plenty of time to return to our arranged meeting place on time.
Yes. There are locking compartments behind both seats that can hold a regular size backpack, small duffel bag, or large purse. Carry-on bags will not fit in these compartments. There is also a locking glove compartment.
